Ladies and Gentlemen, the attached letter was sent to the Minister of Veteran's Affairs today by CPVA President, Ray Kokkonen. I believe and recommend, that this letter be sent to every member of your respective Veteran's Groups and Associations. In addition, for the benefit of veterans not on e-mail, or who may not receive a notice, that the letter to the Minister be reprinted in it's entirety in the next edition of The Thin Blue Line and The Blue Beret newsletters.
